As a member of MSSC you have an opportunity to be involved and give back to our community!
MSSC has yearly events in Monterey County that we have participated in as volunteers. Most of the events earn our non profit club a donation, We contribute those funds to small non profits and as a member you can request and endorse your specific group to receive a donation. We have a process for submission and approval by our committee and final approval by your board.
Some of the events do not give us a donation, but we look at these events as a way for our members to give back to our community and to be further involved.

All money earned from our volunteering at various community events, annual Poinsettia Sale, and
membership Raffles is donated back to the community.
We donated $4500 for our 2022-2023 Club year to:
- Al & Friends ($500)
- Monterey Historical Association ($500)
- Rancho Cielo ($700)
- Food Bank for Monterey County ($1,000)
- Food Bank for Monterey County for the Annual Community Holiday Dinner $500)
- Alzheimer's Association Monterey County ($300)
- Sabu Shake Holiday Fundraiser for the Salvation Army ($1,000)
